The Georgia National Fair field trips offer a first-hand look at agriculture outside of the classroom! Students can enjoy visits to livestock, agriculture, and art exhibits.
Admission for the Georgia National Schoolhouse Program is FREE to all teachers, students, bus drivers and an allotted number of chaperones, grades Pre-K through 12th grade, with an approved field trip form. Field trips are available October 3 and October 6-10 and only available to schools in the State of Georgia.
Once your class has been registered and approved GNFA will mail the teacher a packet with Fair information and your Fair admission form. All field trips are self-guided and at your own pace.
The deadline to apply for the Georgia National Schoolhouse is September 12 at 5:00 P.M.
All Field Trip buses must enter the Fairgrounds through the North Gate and must arrive by 12:00 P.M.
Advanced purchase ride armbands must be purchased by September 12 at 5:00 P.M., minimum order is 25. Armband prices can be found

Unlimited ride armbands can be purchased on the Midway, the only payment accepted is either cash or card, checks will not be accepted.
The number of chaperones allowed free admission for public/private schools is based on the following information:
Grades Pre-K – 3, One (1) chaperone per 10 students
Grades 4 – 12, One (1) chaperone per 20 students
There are no exceptions.

4 (four) chaperones per 20 students
There are no exceptions.
Additional chaperones must pay the admission fee of $14 at the gate.
