2025 Georgia National Fair Vendor Application

All vendors must complete and submit this application to be considered for the 2025 Georgia National Fair.

General Information

Space Fees for the 2025 Georgia National Fair
Inside
10' x 10' Corner Booth: $650
10' x 10' Aisle Booth: $600
Outside
Based on front footage from $80 per foot with a minimum of 10'

No space is confirmed until you have been approved by the Georgia National Fair.
Vendor must have their booth open and staffed for the full duration of the 11 day Fair, October 2-12, 2025.
Vendor must comply with all Georgia National Fair policies and procedures.

PLEASE NOTE:

This is an application for space.
Submitting an application does NOT guarantee placement at the 2025 Georgia National Fair.
The Georgia National Fair team will begin sending out contracts in May 2025.

INSURANCE INFORMATION

The Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter requires a Commercial General Liability Insurance Certificate with liability limits of at least $1,000,000. Certificate must add the following to the Certificate Holder:

The Georgia Agricultural Exposition Authority, its board members, officers, agents, employees of the Authority, and the state of Georgia, as additional insured and as certificate holders.
