DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. DECA members organize into chapters around courses, programs of study, academies or other forms of career and technical education programs that are engaged in preparing high school and college students for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management.

Students must present an exciting and innovation business idea. It is purely a “pitch” with nothing but the value of the idea and the presentation skills to support it.

Students will give a speech based on this year’s theme “How my experiences in DECA have allowed me to ‘Own My Future’.

The Georgia Grown Pavilion is a retail consignment store which showcases agricultural products from Georgia and is located in the Georgia Grown Building.
The Pavilion is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and will feature a range of products from companies all over Georgia.
Come by and see the bounty that Georgia Agriculture produces – jellies and jams, salsas and sauces, jerkies, soaps, cookbooks, and many other items.
