Entry Deadline: Postmarked by September 1.
Entries must be postmarked by September 1, 2008. Only Official US Post Office postmarks will be accepted for the purpose of determining postmark date. Entries postmarked after September 1, 2008, will not be accepted (we will no longer accept late entries with double entry fees!). All fees must accompany entry form. Entries using Metered Mail must arrive on or before September 1, 2008.
Suggestion: when you take your entry forms to the post office, have the postal clerk postmark the enty form envelope while you are present.
